About Me

I’m Sam, the founder of Plan-A Performance Coaching. I have a broad and extrinsic background in sports and fitness, and have worked in a variety of sporting environments which have given me the skills and knowledge to help others with their fitness and performance needs. Through my experiences I have found that the one-size-fits all approach rarely reaps the rewards they promise which is why I pride myself on providing bespoke plans to the individual every time.

My relationships with clients and athletes are incredibly valuable to me, and my experience in the sports industry has led me to create a business and service that prides itself on tailoring each detail to the individual. Helping others reach their goals is what drives me, and the relationships I build along the way make it just as rewarding.

Plan-A was derived from the mindset that we should not need to settle for plan B/C/D and that the initial plan should be catered to each individual's needs and desires.

How much do in-person sessions cost?

Prices range between £45-65 per session depending on which package you choose.

How much does online coaching cost?

Online coaching costs £75 per month (Minimum term 2 months.)

Do I have to have any training experience to use the services?

Absolutely not, everyone is welcome!

Could I train with a friend?

Yes! If you have a friend you like to train with, we can cater for this and reflect it in the pricing.
