Nutrition is a massive hurdle for most people and my approach is to educate you along the way instead of just giving you a meal plan and expecting you to work it out for yourself.
I want you to understand and have the tools to be able to fix things on the fly. You can still enjoy meals out with friends, birthday cake and more without feeling guilty because you’ll know how to balance your books. It’s a lifestyle, not a fad diet.
